How quickly can I start?
Once credentials are verified, you can begin selecting available shifts.
Do I have to commit to a minimum number of shifts?
No. PremiumShifts is designed for flexibility. Work as much or as little as you want. Pick up shifts when they fit your schedule, or take time off when you need it. You’re in complete control.
How am I paid?
You’re paid weekly via direct deposit. After completing your shift and submitting hours (or facility confirmation), payment is processed the following week. No NET-30 or NET-45 delays—just reliable weekly pay.
What if I've never done per diem or agency work before?
That’s completely fine! Many of our clinicians are trying flexible work for the first time. We provide orientation, support, and guidance throughout the process. You’ll know exactly what to expect at each facility before your first shift.
Can I work at multiple facilities?
Absolutely. Many clinicians enjoy the variety of working at different facilities across Wisconsin. You can build a portfolio of preferred facilities and diversify your experience across care settings.
What credentials do I need?
Requirements vary by role:
- RNs/LPNs: Active Wisconsin nursing license, BLS (additional certs may be required for specialty units)
- CNAs: Current CNA certification and state registry
- Respiratory Therapists: RT/RRT license, required certifications
- Medical Assistants: CMA/RMA certification (requirements vary by facility)
- Techs: Role-specific certifications and training
All clinicians need to pass background checks and provide professional references.
Is Premium Shifts available outside Wisconsin?
